The idea is to sign the Council of The Commons policy in your Kingdom, which will give you a lot of influence. This one requires a bit more thought, but it’s a lot faster than the rest. You’ll need this skill if you want to get married and have an heir, which is very important. Another quick way to level up Charm is to bribe Looters to not fight you and to give gifts to notables. If they’re about to lose and you join them in battle and win, you can win up to 3 or 4 levels at once sometimes. Another really good way to level up Charm is to aid allied parties in battle.
You’ll get one level every time you do this. Get into a war and let go of nobles instead of taking them as prisoners.
